A definition will appear in a box on the left side of the screen. Type the word you think matches that definition in the box on the right. The answer is not case sensitive so you can type in lower or upper case.
TIP
After typing in the word you can press the keyboard "Enter" key to display the result. Click "Enter" again to display the next word. This is much easier than using the mouse.
