PLEASE NOTE
We ALWAYS reply to correspondence and registration
requests within 24 hours. However we often experience
problems with returned mail due to mailbox size
restrictions or other ISP problems. If you don't hear
from us within 24 hours please check that you are
receiving mail.
PROBLEMS WITH INSTALLATION
WordBanker installations come complete with all the
possible files etc that should ensure a trouble free
installation. There is normally only two problems we
have found.

You get
the error message "Error
reading setup initialisation file"
. This generaly means a previous
MSI installation was not completly finished. SImply
reboot and WordBanker should then install.

The other possible installation
problem is on Windows NT, XP computers if you do not
have sufficient rights to install software. If you are
not an administrator of the PC then WordBanker (and
most other programs) will not install properly. In
this case please ask an administrator of that PC to
install WordBanker (you will have to uninstall it
first)
